Top Talent Pass Scheme
TTPS
TTPS lets high earners and graduates of listed top universities come to Hong Kong to look for work or start a business, without a job offer. Category A is for people with annual income of HK$2.5 million or more. Category B is for eligible-university graduates with 3 or more years of experience. Category C is for recent eligible-university graduates and has an annual quota. The stay is 36 months for Category A and 24 months for B and C, with no other conditions.
