e-Tourist Visa (e-Visa) for tourism and visits, with the regular Tourist Visa from Indian missions
India's e-Tourist Visa is applied for online on the official Indian Visa Online portal. It comes in three versions: 30 days, 1 year and 5 years. It covers sightseeing, visiting friends and relatives, short yoga programmes, short informal courses and short unpaid volunteering. You print the approval (ETA) and the visa is stamped on arrival at an authorised airport or seaport. People whose nationality is not on the e-Visa list, and Pakistani passport holders or people of Pakistani origin, must apply for a regular visa at an Indian embassy or consulate.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in countries with risk of yellow fever transmission (WHO list) in the last 6 days
Anyone over 9 months arriving within 6 days of leaving a yellow fever risk country without a valid certificate is isolated for up to 6 days. Without one: quarantine/isolation until the certificate becomes valid or for up to 6 days from last possible exposure, whichever is first.
