Kuwait issues visit visas, including tourist e-visas through the Ministry of Interior visa portal. Under Decree-Law 114/2024 on Foreigners' Residency, visit visa holders must leave within three months unless they get a residence permit from the Ministry of Interior. GCC citizens can enter with their national ID cards.
