Golden Paradise, direct, condominium, bonds, shares

Sri Lanka offers residence visas to foreigners who invest money in the country. Options include the Golden Paradise Visa (bank deposit of at least USD 200,000), direct investment, condominium purchase, government securities and the share market. Visa length depends on the amount invested, from 5 to 10 years. The visa fee is USD 200 per year.
