Saudi Premium Residency – Special Talent Residency, plus the Limited Duration and Unlimited Duration products
Saudi Arabia's Premium Residency Center issues residence permits that don't tie the holder to a sponsor. The Special Talent product is for executives, researchers and health or science professionals employed by Center-approved entities. It runs for 5 years and can lead to permanent premium residency. The Limited Duration (renewable one-year) and Unlimited Duration (permanent) products are fee-based and need proof of financial capability.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in countries on Saudi Arabia’s yellow fever list
Travellers older than 9 months arriving from one of 41 listed yellow fever risk countries must be vaccinated and carry a valid certificate. Without one: health authorities at points of entry may take additional preventive measures based on risk assessment.
