Singapore Permanent Residence

PR

The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) accepts PR applications from spouses and unmarried children of citizens or PRs, aged parents of citizens, Employment Pass and S Pass holders, and certain students. Applications are made online through the ICA e-Service and assessed on factors such as family ties, economic contribution, qualifications, age, family profile and length of residence. Successful applicants get an In-Principle Approval and then complete formalities. Investors apply separately through EDB's Global Investor Programme.
