S Pass

The S Pass is Singapore's work pass for mid-skilled foreign staff. The employer or its appointed employment agent applies to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). The candidate must earn at least an age-banded minimum fixed monthly salary, and the employer must stay within a sector quota and pay a monthly levy. Minimum salaries rise for new applications from 1 January 2027.
