Turks and Caicos Islands visitor entry and Visitor's Visa
The Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) is a British Overseas Territory with its own Immigration Ordinance, run by the Ministry of Border Control and Employment. Nationals of the countries on the TCI visa-free list can visit without a visa. Other nationals can also enter without a TCI visa if they lawfully reside in, or hold a valid visa for, the UK, US or Canada. Everyone else applies for a TCI Visitor's Visa from outside the islands.

Eligibility
Visa-free list
Nationals of listed countries and territories (including the UK, US, Canada, EU states, China, Brazil, Mexico and others on the official list) do not need a TCI visa.
UK/US/Canada residence or visa
Nationals of unlisted countries who are lawful residents of the UK, US or Canada, or who hold a valid visa for any of those three countries, may be granted leave to enter without a TCI visa.
Apply from outside
Entry clearance applications must be made from outside the islands, to the nearest British High Commission, Embassy or Consulate, or to the Director of Immigration, Grand Turk.
