Turks and Caicos Islands Work Permit

Employed, Self-Employed, Freelancer

Foreign nationals working in the TCI need a work permit decided by one of two zonal Work Permit Boards. There are three types: Employed (skilled and unskilled), Self-Employed and Freelancer. For employed persons, the employer must advertise the job and a labour clearance is issued internally as part of the process. Temporary work permits and annual Business Visitor's Permits cover short-term needs.
