Non-Immigrant B Visa (Employment) with Work Permit
The Non-Immigrant B visa is used to enter Thailand to work for a Thai employer or do business. For employment, the employer obtains a Ministry of Labour approval (WP3) before the visa is issued, and the worker then gets a work permit after arrival. The stay can be extended in Thailand for the length of employment.
