Tanzania issues Student's Passes to foreigners admitted to an approved training establishment. The e-Immigration pass portal lists four types: students over 18, students under 18, home-schooled children under 18, and students from EAC partner states.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in countries with risk of yellow fever transmission (WHO list)
Travellers aged 1 year and over arriving from a yellow fever risk country (or after more than 12 hours' airport transit in one) need a valid yellow fever certificate.

Student Pass 1Over 18
A student admitted to an approved training establishment who is above the age of majority (over 18). Tanzanian missions say this includes children over 18 of people legally living in Tanzania.
Student Pass 2Under 18
A student admitted to an approved training establishment who is below the age of majority (under 18). Missions say this covers children of legal residents not endorsed on their parents' residence permits.

Children under 18 who are home-schooled.
