Residence Permit for Family Reunification
Foreign spouses, civil partners, children and parents of Albanian citizens, or of foreigners holding a valid Albanian residence permit, can apply online on e-Albania for a residence permit for family reunification. The application must be made from inside Albania within 30 days of entry. Applicants show suitable housing, Albanian health insurance and the family link; partners and parents (and family of foreign residents) also show sufficient financial resources.
