Albania short-stay visa (C) / e-Visa and visa-free entry
Albania lets many travellers in without a visa. This covers nationals of countries visa-free for the Schengen area, and holders of used multiple-entry Schengen, EU, US or UK visas or valid residence permits from those places. Others apply online at e-visa.al for a type C visa, allowing stays of up to 90 days in any 180 days. The rules are in Law No. 79/2021 'On foreigners' and Council of Ministers Decision No. 858 of 29 December 2021.
