Foreign Worker Licence (LPA) with Employment Visa and Work Pass

An employer in Brunei must first get a Foreign Worker Licence (Lesen Pekerja Asing, LPA) from the Department of Manpower and Employment (JTMP), after clearance from JobCentre Brunei. All LPA applications go through the National Labour Management System (NLMS). A licensed employment agency then applies to the Immigration Department (JIPK) for the work visa, which is endorsed at a Brunei mission abroad.
