Grenada Work Permit (Foreign Nationals and Commonwealth Citizens (Employment) Act, Cap. 115)
Employers in Grenada must get a work permit from the Ministry of Labour for each foreign national they employ, including permanent residence holders. Permits are given only for skills that are not available or are in short supply in Grenada, and the job should be advertised locally first. Permits last one year and are renewed for the same job with the same employer. The annual fee depends on the worker's nationality.
