Ten-year residence

real-estate owners, children of Kuwaiti women, other categories

Decree-Law 114/2024 lets Kuwait grant residence permits of up to ten years to children of Kuwaiti women, to real-estate owners, and to other categories set by the Ministry of Interior. Regular residence is capped at five years.
