Temporary residence permit for family reunification

spouse of a foreigner

The non-EU spouse of a foreigner living in Poland on a qualifying basis can get a temporary residence permit to join or stay with them. The marriage must be genuine and recognised under Polish law. The voivode (regional governor) decides; applications from Poland are made through the MOS online system, while for a spouse abroad the sponsor in Poland files the application.
