Spouses and other dependants joining a guardian in Eswatini apply to the Ministry of Home Affairs for a dependant permit. The documents are an application form, the guardian's residence status document (or Personal Identification Number if the guardian is a Swazi citizen), a covering letter from the guardian, a marriage certificate, police clearance, a medical certificate, a photo and a certified passport copy.
