Investor residence of up to 15 years
KDIPA-licensed entities
Under a 2026 Council of Ministers resolution made under Article 13 of Law 114/2024, owners, partners and approved senior executives of entities licensed by the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) can get residence of up to 15 years. The entity must keep investment of at least KWD 5 million, capital of at least KWD 1 million, active operations, and a minimum level of Kuwaiti employment. Eligible immediate family can be included.
