Business visa (up to 5 years multiple entry) and business visa on arrival
Pakistan issues business visas to foreign business people with an invitation or recommendation letter. Nationals of countries on the Business Visa List (BVL) can get up to a 5-year multiple-entry business visa, and some can get a 30-day business visa on arrival. Business visa holders can apply in Pakistan for extensions of up to one year at a Regional Passport Office by showing business activity. Converting a business visa into a work visa is not allowed.

Yellow fever certificate needed after a stay in countries with risk of yellow fever transmission (WHO list)
Travellers aged 1 year and over arriving from a yellow fever risk country (or after more than 12 hours' airport transit in one) need a valid yellow fever certificate.

Official wording
Businessmen of the remaining countries (except Israel) can get a one-month multiple-entry visa decided by the head of mission, if they belong to a company of international repute and/or have valid sponsorship from Pakistan. The Copenhagen embassy page says visas of up to one year or the required duration are issued to non-BVL nationals.
