Digital nomad long-stay visa and residence
Romania offers a long-stay visa and residence permit for foreigners who work remotely for a company registered outside Romania, either as employees or owners. Income must be at least three times the Romanian average gross monthly salary for each of the 6 months before applying and throughout the stay. The first permit is for 6 months and can be extended.
