Family reunification
D/VF visa and residence permit
Non-EU nationals living legally in Romania can bring their spouse, minor children and certain dependants. The sponsor first gets approval from the General Inspectorate for Immigration (IGI), then family members apply for a long-stay family visa and, after arrival, a residence permit. The sponsor must show adequate housing and income at the minimum gross wage level per family member.
